HR Specialist
Our client is seeking an HR Specialist to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a wide range of HR initiatives, from recruiting talent to ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions.
- Onboarding: Create a positive and efficient onboarding experience for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Assist with employee relations issues, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- HRIS: Utilize Paycom to maintain employee records, process payroll, and generate reports.
- Compliance: Stay informed on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in HR.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Location: Vancouver, WA
Salary: $75,000-85,000
